When you purchase a digital product (such as an online course, downloadable materials, or access to our Digital Art Program), you receive immediate access to the content. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed.

This is standard for digital content and follows EU consumer protection laws. By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


Why We Use This Policy

Digital products can’t be returned in the traditional sense. Once access is granted or content is downloaded, we have no way to reverse the delivery. This policy helps us protect the value of our work while keeping things fair for all customers.
